THE PATIENT is our priority at OrthoCare. We
treat our patients in what we refer to as the "old fashioned way".
This means we give each patient our uninterrupted, full attention
when we are with them. We do fittings and applications at their home
if it is difficult for them to travel. We set appointments on
weekends if the patient can not visit us during our normal business
hours. We put the patient’s needs first. AS A DME PROVIDER, we focus on patient education and training. We review each product and its application with each patient and have the patient demonstrate proper application before they leave our office. If the patient has difficulty once they are home, we will go to their home to assist them if necessary. We follow-up with our patients regarding product & service satisfaction. We are also always available to address any questions or concerns from our patients. We educate our patients on their DME benefit and we t ake care of the burden of completing all of the necessary paperwork. |
